What FB Software Solutions LLC collects when you contact us or read this site, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Last updated: 3 August 2026
FB Software Solutions LLC is a limited liability company organised in the State of New Mexico, United States. We operate this website at fbsoftwaresolutions.com and we decide how the personal data described here is used.
We publish tutorials and build software. Visitors reach us from many countries, so where the GDPR applies to a European visitor, or Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) applies to a Turkish visitor, we aim to meet those standards as well as applicable United States law.
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, country and a description of what you want to build. Business name, website, budget and timeline are optional. We collect this so we can reply and understand your enquiry.
We never ask for passwords, API keys, server credentials or database access through this website. If a form appearing to be ours requests them, it is not ours.
Our host records standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages requested, used for security and to keep the site running.
Pages that embed YouTube videos load content from Google, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address. That processing is governed by Google’s privacy policy, not ours.
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is useful and, where a project follows, for as long as we must keep business records. Server logs are retained briefly by our host. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We use service providers who process data on our behalf: our hosting provider, our email provider, and Google where you play an embedded video. Some of these operate in the United States and elsewhere, so your data may be processed outside your country.
You may ask what we hold about you, request a copy, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing. Where the GDPR or KVKK applies to you, you have the specific rights those laws provide, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority. Email us and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
This website is intended for adults and for people learning software development. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date above.
