Fifteen years of two jobs
Fatih Bora spent most of his working life running operations — rental fleets, foreign trade, a branch, a sales floor — and built software on the side, every one of those years.
In November 2025 the side became the whole thing. FB Software Solutions builds AI-powered software, and publishes how it is made.
Most people who build business software have never had to run a business on a Monday morning.
He started building websites in 2010, as Bora Web Tasarım, for companies across Turkey. For fifteen years it was the second job.
The first one was operations. Renting cars at Hertz. Nearly a decade managing the office at Castle Rent A Car. International foreign trade for a taximeter manufacturer. Running a branch at TurMobil and selling Airstream caravans in Türkiye.
Fleets, contracts, suppliers, customs paperwork, staff, the month-end that will not reconcile. That is not a detour from the software — it is the reason for it. The ERP work is not theoretical here, and neither is the automation.
The web business was rebranded FB Software Solutions in 2019. What changed after that was the tooling: AI stopped being a novelty and became the thing that made real applications buildable at a speed one person could sustain.
So the work moved. Not away from what came before — because of it.
