Acceptable Use

What we consider responsible use of our tutorials, downloads and AI tools — and the rules we hold ourselves to when building agents.

Why this page exists

We build AI tools that can act on real systems. This page sets out what FB Software Solutions LLC considers acceptable use of what we publish — the tutorials, the downloadable files, and the software we are building.

Use it for

  • Learning how software is planned, written and tested
  • Building your own projects, including commercial ones
  • Automating work inside systems you own or are authorised to operate

Do not use it for

  • Accessing systems you do not own or have permission to use
  • Building tools that harvest personal data without a lawful basis
  • Bypassing security controls, authentication or rate limits
  • Producing malware, spam, or content designed to deceive
  • Automating actions on third-party platforms in breach of their terms

Running AI agents responsibly

The approach we teach and build to is deliberate, and we ask you to keep it:

  • Approval before consequence. Anything that changes data, sends a message or spends money should stop and ask.
  • Least privilege. Run agents as an ordinary user, not an administrator.
  • An allowlist, not a blocklist. Name what an agent may do; refuse everything else.
  • Keep a record. Log what was proposed, what was approved and what happened.
  • Test on something disposable. Never a client’s live system.
