Serra AI Operator

A local AI operator that wakes on a double clap, opens the applications you have allowed, arranges your windows and writes down everything she did.
- Works now: clap detection, greeting, allowlisted launches, window arranging, audit log, dry-run and live modes, emergency stop
- Not yet: creating records inside the ERP, browser workflows, anything touching social accounts
- Runs as a normal user with no network listener and no startup entry
FB Software ERP

A small SEO plugin written for this website rather than downloaded: redirects, sitemap hygiene, author-archive protection, and meta tags driven by the page excerpt.
- Thirteen redirects, so no old URL ever returns a 404
- Author archives blocked and removed from the sitemap
- Meta and Open Graph tags with no settings screen to maintain

Why in public
Finished software teaches nothing
A polished tutorial hides the twenty minutes where the thing did not work. That is the part worth watching, because that is the part you will hit yourself.
So the projects here are documented while they are unfinished. Build logs go up as the work happens, statuses stay honest, and when something is broken it says so until it is fixed.
