1. SUBJECT:
This Prior Information Form outlines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and provision of the services/products listed below, in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and New Mexico state law governing distance sales transactions.
2. SERVICE/PRODUCT DETAILS:
The name, essential features, quantity, sales price (including any applicable taxes), payment method, and delivery details of the product/service are as follows:
Product/Service Name and Essential Features:
– The WordPress course purchased by the Buyer includes the installation of theme licenses provided by FB Software Solutions LLC.
– The theme setup and website creation are part of the course content and provided to the Buyer.
– FB Software Solutions LLC does not provide hosting services.
– Site setup is carried out by the Buyer based on the educational content delivered by FB Software Solutions LLC to enable the Buyer to build their website independently.
3. PAYMENT METHOD:
– Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, electronic funds transfer (EFT), or bank wire transfer, as specified at checkout.
– For credit card purchases, the applicable number of installment payments will be displayed on the order summary page.
– The Buyer’s bank may offer additional installment or payment deferment options at its own discretion.
– The Buyer’s bank will apply installment payments to the Buyer’s monthly statements, but installment amounts may vary due to rounding differences, depending on the bank’s policies.
– The Seller is not responsible for bank fees or installment plan details; the Buyer should confirm these directly with their bank.
– If payment is made by bank transfer, the Seller’s account information provided during checkout applies.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
Under U.S. law, digital products and electronically delivered services are typically not eligible for a right of withdrawal once the service has begun or the product has been delivered. However, the Seller voluntarily grants the Buyer a 14-day cancellation period from the date of purchase.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing to:

Withdrawal notices must be received within 14 days of the purchase date. Withdrawal requests made after this period will not be accepted.
If the withdrawal notice is received within the 14-day period, the Seller will refund the purchase price (and any applicable delivery fees) to the Buyer within 14 days. The Buyer acknowledges that the timing of refunds appearing in their account depends on their financial institution.
5. GENERAL PROVISIONS:
– The delivery of the ordered product/service requires the Buyer’s electronic confirmation of this Prior Information Form.
– The Buyer’s electronic confirmation means that they have received and understood the Seller’s contact information, the main features of the purchased product/service, the total price including taxes, and the payment and delivery terms prior to the conclusion of the distance sales agreement.
– Any information about the technical requirements for digital content (including hardware and software compatibility) is provided in the product/service description on the Seller’s website.
– If the Seller is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller will notify the Buyer promptly and may offer a comparable product/service of equal value and quality.
– The Seller is not responsible for disruptions beyond their control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, software failures, or issues with third-party infrastructure.

The Buyer may submit complaints or inquiries about the order or the product/service by:

All complaints and inquiries will be promptly recorded and addressed by the Seller’s team.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:
This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action related to this Agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
